We are pleased to offer our benefits after the 60th day of employment (with the exception of tuition reimbursement).

Medical Plan

Our PPO plan, through United Healthcare, includes free routine physicals, women's wellness exams and immunizations for children.

Wellness Program

Of course, we want our employees to feel good about working here, but we also just want you to feel good in general. We can help in a lot of ways, such as paying for the resources you need to quit smoking or offering you a $75 gift card when all prenatal visits are completed. We also offer a medical premium discount for participating in our Wellness Program.

Dental Plan

We offer two different dental plan options to keep you and your family smiling. Preventative care is encouraged and is covered on both plans.

Vision Plan

We offer an excellent vision plan to help pay for eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Our flexible spending accounts enable you to take care of out-of-pocket health care or dependent care expenses without putting more money into Uncle Sam's pocket. To make the process even simpler and more convenient, we provide a medical and dependent care flexible spending debit card.

401(k) Plan

Enables you to contribute up to 25% of your pay on a pre-tax basis to a retirement savings account (not to exceed the annual maximum).
DriveTime will match 40 cents on every dollar that you contribute for the first 6% of your salary.

Disability

We offer both short-term and long-term disability income protection if you become unable to work.

Life Insurance

DriveTime pays for coverage in the amount of your annual base pay up to $50,000 (additional coverage may be purchased). Spousal and children's coverage is also available. Employee contributions vary.

Paid Time Off

We recognize six paid holidays per year. In addition, we offer generous paid time off accrual for your vacation and sick days. You'll earn up to 11 days in your first year.

At DriveTime, you'll learn something new every day. And we'll pay for it! The best part is that you'll be eligible to receive tuition reimbursement after you've been with us for just 90 days.
